A Foundation of Integrity

Welcome to the Crosspoint Construction blog. My goal here is to provide insights and education on our company, construction & remodeling, and the Nashville area.

Let me take this first blog post to introduce you to what we value most here at Crosspoint Construction and what it means for you, our customer. As the owner of the business, I take great pride in the work we do but more importantly, I am proud of how we work and our standards. Our motto says it plainly: We are built on A Foundation of Integrity. Keeping integrity as the focal point allows me to run the business in a way that upholds trust between me, my employees, and you. I know trust is vital to any relationship, especially when hiring a contractor for a high-end remodeling project.

Our foundation of integrity is the beginning and backbone of our trust relationship with you. Trust begins before we ever meet. Long before I begin your specific project, I’ve worked on getting the proper licenses and insurance needed to perform the work that we do. There are a lot of contractors out there that can do the job for you but I want to make sure it is done right and the risk to you is minimized. Having proper insurance, licenses and permits take time and money, but it ultimately is for your protection.

Doing each job right starts with planning: coming up with the right project plan, specific to your needs and wants. Budgeting for a project can be complex and I might have as many questions for you as you have for me. Integrity shows through again here as we have an honest conversation about your vision for the project and what Crosspoint can do and the best way to do it. I want to do the best work for you and that means maintaining a trustworthy conversation throughout the entire process. My budgets include an up-front and simple pricing structure that allows you to see what the costs are and where variables might contribute to increase or decrease the final cost.

Integrity also means maintaining a high quality of work. I and our project manager, Chris, keep a close eye on the project and are responsive to changes and issues as they occur. Remodeling is rarely a straight-line project because of all the moving parts. We work hard and communicate effectively so you can know the highest quality is maintained throughout the project. On the occasion that a warranty issue occurs, we are quick to respond and take care of it. Integrity means following through on all parts of the project: planning, communication, budget, clean-up, and warranty.

There is a lot that goes into A Foundation of Integrity. Construction and remodeling projects are complicated but that doesn’t mean you should be overwhelmed. My team and I work hard to build trust and maintain integrity so that you can know your project will be done to the highest standards.

Thank you for checking out the blog and I hope you come back for more. Up next, I’ll discuss how the Nashville area is booming (like you didn’t know already…) and what that means from a remodeling perspective.
